This guide will help you get started with Workout Lab in just a few minutes.
Installation
- Download Workout Lab from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
- Create your account
- Complete the quick onboarding
Your First Workout
Creating an Exercise
- Tap the + button on the main screen
- Enter the exercise name
- Select which metrics you want to track (weight, reps, sets, time, distance)
Logging a Set
- Select your exercise
- Enter your metrics
- Tap Save Set
The app will automatically calculate your delta improvements based on your previous sessions.
Understanding Your Data
Workout Lab shows you:
- 1RM estimates: Calculated from your working sets
- Volume trends: Weekly and monthly totals
- Progress indicators: Green arrows for improvements, red for regressions
