Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Workout Lab account, you can do so directly from the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Workout Lab app
2. Navigate to My Profile (tap your profile icon)
3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
4. Scroll down to Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
• This includes your profile information, workout history, exercise logs, templates, and goals
• Your email address will be removed from our systems
• You will be logged out of the app immediately

Important Warning

This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

• You will lose access to all your workout history and progress data
• Any templates or custom exercises you created will be permanently removed
• Your performance metrics and analytics will no longer be available

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Export your data first - Use the Export Data feature to download a copy of all your information before deleting
• Take a break - You can simply log out and return later; your data will remain safe

Data Retention

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we will permanently remove all your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
